As a non-profit corporation serving a diverse community, PAYSA strives to keep player registration fees as low as possible.  However, the costs for basic baseball equipment, practice aids & tools, uniforms, field & field maintenance equipment, secure storage and insurance require significant funding. Therefore, the success of PAYSA will greatly depend on corporate and community support.

PAYSA has developed a tiered sponsorship program to help us raise money to offset organizational costs and provide financial assistance to families in need.

Please download and complete our sponsorship form inlcuded below.  PAYSA is exempt from Federal income tax as a 501(c)(3) public charity.  All donations are tax deductible.  

Lifetime Sponsorship Contribution Opportunities:

HALL OF FAME LIFETIME PARTNER ($15,000 and above)

For a one-time donation of $15,000 or more you receive the same benefits as a Grand Slam Lifetime Partner plus opportunities from naming rights or other co-marketing options.  Please contact us directly for more details regarding this prestigious level of giving.
 

GRAND SLAM LIFETIME PARTNER ($5,000- $14,999)

• Listing in the GRAND SLAM LIFETIME PARTNERS section of the SPONSORS page on the PAYSA Website with your corporate logo and a link to your website.
• Dedicated 6'H x 6’W banner with your corporate logo will be installed on the outfield fence for as long as the organization exists.
• Your corporate logo will be a fixture on the left hand panel of our website and in our e-mail template.
• Co-develop with you a custom marketing program to reach our members up to 6x/year through print, e-mail and social media and maximize your association with the league.
• Mention/description of your organization in season kick-off and wrap-up announcements -- both e-mail messages and at our events. Optional physical presence (table) at major organization events.
• At your request, a PAYSA Lifetime Sponsorship plaque will be provided.  

Annual Sponsorship Contribution Levels:

HOMERUN ($1000)


• Listing in the HOMERUN section of the SPONSORS page on the PAYSA Website with your corporate logo and a link to your website. 
• Dedicated 6'H x 6’W banner with your corporate logo will be installed on the outfield fence for the sponsored season (renewable).
• Your corporate logo will rotate on the left hand panel of our website.
• Mention/description of your organization in season kick-off and wrap-up announcements -- both e-mail messages and at our events. Optional physical presence (table) at major organization events.
• At your request, a PAYSA Sponsorship plaque will be provided to your business.

 
TRIPLE ($500)


Your name/corporation will be listed in the TRIPLE section of the SPONSORS page on the PAYSA Website along with your corporate logo and a link to your website.  Your marketing collateral can be included at our league events. You will be able to reach our members 2x/year through our e-mail and social media channels. We will work with you to tailor your outreach efforts.

DOUBLE ($250)


Your name/corporation will be listed in the DOUBLE section of the SPONSORS page on the PAYSA Website along with your corporate logo.  Your marketing collateral can be included at our league events. You will be able to reach our members 1x/year through our e-mail and social media channels. We will work with you to tailor your outreach efforts.

SINGLE ($125)


Your name/corporation will be listed in the SINGLE section of the SPONSORS page on the PAYSA Website.
